You are responsible for creating a great service experience for our guests and ensuring all guest vehicles are washed and handled with excellent care. Your positivity and attention to detail are what keep our guests coming back time after time./ppThis is an ideal entry-level position for someone eager and motivated to begin a career in the automotive service industry. Norm Reeves Ford believes in continuous education, promotes from within and is seeking those with a true passion for working at a dealership long term./ppstrongWhat Youll Do:/strong/pulliGreets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude, answers their questions, and directs them to the appropriate person or location/liliControls service traffic flow and parking/liliDetermines if customers coming into service have an appointment/liliRecords customers name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage/liliAssists service advisors when needed/liliMaintains a clean and safe service drive area, free of dirt, water, leaves, snow, etc./liliMaintains a professional appearance/liliPlace vehicle Interior Protection in each vehicle/liliTag keys and place mirror tags in all vehicles/liliMove vehicles to appointed parking area and ensure all windows are up and all vehicles are locked/liliAdhere to all customer service processes/liliFill in for shuttle drivers as needed/liliBring customers vehicles to the front of service drive when directed/liliEnsure customers vehicle is free of dirt and grease from their service visit/liliGuides vehicles through the car wash/liliLight lifting duties when needed/li/ulpstrongWhat Youll Need:/strong/pulliFull time availability.
