Qualifications/h3ulliMinimum 3 years of insurance experience/liliDemonstrated experience servicing personal insurance accounts/liliFamiliarity with agency workflows and insurance carrier interactions/liliStrong organizational skills and attention to detail/liliClient-focused mindset with clear, professional communication/liliExperience using AMS360 (strongly preferred)/liliInsurance license not required at hire; willingness to obtain is encouraged/li/ulh3Account Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities/h3ulliService and manage an assigned book of personal insurance accounts/liliAct as the main point of contact for client inquiries, endorsements, policy changes, and coverage questions/liliProcess policy changes, certificates, audits, cancellations, and reinstatements as needed/liliReview insurance policies for accuracy, coverage consistency, and compliance/liliWork closely with internal service support staff for efficient back-office processing/liliCommunicate with insurance carriers to address policy issues and service requests/liliMaintain accurate and detailed client records using AMS360/liliCollaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflows and accountability/liliDeliver a professional, responsive client experience aligned with service standards/li/ulpThis position offers a hybrid schedule: 4 days in office 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with 1 work from home day.
