Candidates must have great communication skills and a very friendly personality as this is a customer facing and high volume role. Quick learner who can be trained on the retail duties. Must be able to stand for hours and lift boxes up to 40 lbs. Dress code is black shoes, black pants. Disney will provide a Disney shirt which candidates will be required to wear. Candidate should be available for 3-4 shifts per week and at least 1 weekend matinee. Candidate must be available for mandatory orientation/training. Total number of shifts per candidate depends on personal performance and business needs. The schedule will be issued after orientation.
