Sales Associate Position
The hiring manager is looking for sales associates for a theatrical event. Candidates must have great communication skills and a very friendly personality as this is customer facing and high volume. Quick learner who can be trained on the retail/cash handling duties. Must be able to stand for hours and lift boxes up to 40 lbs. Dress code is black shoes, black pants. Disney will provide a Disney shirt which candidates will be required to wear. If requested by candidates, Disney will provide a face mask. There will be a mandatory orientation/training on the first day and schedule to follow at orientation. There will be 7-8 shows per week as outlined in the schedule at orientation. Ideally, we'd like the selected candidates to commit to 4 shows per week with at least 1 being a weekend shift. Scheduling will be based off business needs and not guaranteed. Interview process will consist of a video interview with candidates answering 3 questions provided by DTG team. Requirements: Experience working in retail Experience with cash handling Basic qualifications: Passion for interacting with guests of all ages Works well in a team environment and to achieve shared goals Able to handle tasks accurately under time pressure Can communicate effectively with a diverse audience Perform quick, accurate and effective till transactions that enhance a seamless guest experience Respond to guests needs in a friendly, proactive and timely manner Maintain neat and organized kiosks so that product is clearly represented and available for replenishment, always ensuring accuracy Manage time effectively and efficiently Must be able to lift boxes up to 40lbs Must be able to stand, push, pull, and to twist to retrieve product from the kiosk for up to 5
hours Kiosk is a narrow workstation so spatial awareness is a must Review and ensure all candidates meet the Disney look guidelines Education: High School Diploma
