Cresco Labs is a cannabis cultivating, manufacturing, and retail company dedicated to reliable relief. Our brands and products will be servicing patients with precisely dosed, pharmaceutical-grade cannabis in an array of forms. We strive to be one of the nations leading cannabis companies, focusing on regulatory compliance, patient safety, and satisfaction./ppCore Job Duties/pulliIdentify potential customers, initiate and manage prospects through the sales pipeline, and close opportunities/liliSpokesperson and sales representative for all Cresco Labs brands - Cresco, Mindys, Good News, High Supply, Floracal, Khalifa Kush/liliUtilize selling techniques and market strategies to expand and build upon client base/liliEstablish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales/liliPerform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs/liliAchieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule/liliAnalyze the territory/markets potential, track sales and status reports/liliMonitor competition by gathering information on pricing, products, market presence, etc./liliSupply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services/liliContinuously improve through feedback/liliOccasional weekend work may be required to support industry trade shows and events/li/ulpRequired Experience, Education and Skills/pulliBachelors Degree in sales or related field/liliProven work experience as an account executive or sales representative/liliExperience in alcohol or pharmaceutical sales is preferred/liliThis position requires the candidate to be based in Massachusetts and be available for in-person business needs, while working remotely for the rest of the time/liliMust have valid drivers license with clean driving record and own transportation/liliAbility to travel throughout assigned territory/liliHighly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales/liliExcellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and persuasive skills/liliPrioritizing, time management and organizational skills/liliAbility to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs/liliRelationship management skills and openness to feedback/liliMust maintain a high level of integrity, personal motivation, and sense of urgency/liliTo perform this job successfully, an individual should have proficiency with MS Office in a windows environment and familiar with sales tracking and reporting software (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel,
