Inside Sales Representative
Our client, a growing industrial solutions company, is seeking an energetic Inside Sales Representative to build strong customer relationships, drive revenue growth, and support the outside sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives on communication, and wants to make an impact in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound inquiries and proactively reach out to existing and prospective customers. Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, process orders, and ensure timely follow-up. Maintain CRM records, track sales activity, and generate reports for management. Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer value. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly. Qualifications
2+ years of inside sales or customer service experience; industrial or manufacturing background preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus). Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
