divh2Oracle Css Fields Sales Representative/h2pAs a CSS Fields Sales Rep, you will be responsible for closing managed service engagements within a defined set of SLED accounts. You must possess strategic account planning and effective presentation skills, along with strong collaborative skills with both internal and external partners. Extensive knowledge of consultative selling of enterprise service solutions within large Fortune 100 accounts is required. You must be a hunter, not a farmer, with the ability to gain immediate credibility with C-level executives./ppResponsibilities include: Services Sales Executive for all Oracle Technology, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) products and services, and Oracle SaaS. Focus areas are:/pulliIaaS and PaaS services/liliSaaS services/liliOracle Enterprise Architecture Services/liliDatabase Services (Migration Factory, Golden Gate, Data Guard, RAC, ASM, OEM)/liliSystem and performance and architecture/liliExa Platform Services/liliApplication testing, performance tuning/liliData Center Consolidation/li/ulpOur services are around advisory, architecture, assessments, and expert services for Oracle Technology, including managed services sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for qualifying and developing value-add propositions for Oracle customers. Our ACS Sales Reps are responsible for finding and generating new customers, developing new accounts and/or expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory, industry, product segment, or channel. Our ACS Sales Reps are viewed as experts in the field and are assigned to large, complex, highly visible, strategic, or tactically important accounts; they may also act in a leadership capacity./ppPreferred Qualifications:/pulliSuccessful Services Sales Rep must develop strong internal relationships with the rest of the Oracle Account ecosystem./liliThey can network and develop strong business relationships with customers so that they turn to Oracle for their resource needs./liliDirect Sales Experience: Minimum of 8+ years experience working in a direct field sales role selling Cloud Service solutions./liliIT Sales for a solution consulting organization./liliOracle technology product knowledge./liliMust demonstrate experience selling complex, multi-pillar sales solutions to SLED accounts./liliThe successful candidate must demonstrate that they understand and practice the following traits:/liulliTerritory Management

account planning/liliAbility to segment a market/territory/liliAbility to define sales

demand generation strategies in each of the target market segments/liliAbility to prospect to generate leads in each of the market segments/liliIn-depth knowledge of driving the entire sales cycle, including:/liulliAbility to qualify a customer and opportunity/liliAbility to assemble and leverage the pursuit team while maintaining control of the deal/liliPresentation skills
