divh2Oracle Css Fields Sales Representative/h2pAs a CSS Fields Sales Representative, youll be responsible for closing managed service engagements within a defined set of SLED accounts. Must possess strategic account planning and effective presentation skills. Must have strong collaborative skills with both internal and external partners. Must have extensive knowledge of consultative selling of enterprise service solutions within large Fortune 100 accounts. Must be a hunter, not a farmer, with ability to gain immediately creditability with C-level executives./ph3Responsibilities/h3pServices Sales Executive for all Oracle Technology, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) products and services and Oracle SaaS. Focus areas are:/pulliIaaS and PaaS services/liliSaaS services/liliOracle Enterprise Architecture Services/liliDatabase Services (Migration Factory, Golden Gate, Data Guard, RAC, ASM, OEM)/liliSystem and performance and architecture/liliExa Platform Services/liliApplication testing, performance tuning/liliData Center Consolidation/li/ulpOur services are around advisory, architecture, assessments, and expert services for Oracle Technology, including managed services sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for qualifying and developing value-add propositions for Oracle customers./ph3Preferred Qualifications/h3pSuccessful Services Sales Rep must develop strong internal relationships with the rest of the Oracle Account ecosystem. They can network and develop strong business relationships with customers so that they turn to Oracle for their resource needs. Direct Sales Experience: Minimum of 8+ years experience working in a direct field sales role selling Cloud Service solutions IT Sales for a solution consulting organization Oracle technology product knowledge Must demonstrate experience selling complex, multi-pillar sales solutions to SLED accounts The successful candidate must demonstrate that they understand and practice the following traits: Territory Management

account planning Ability to segment a market/territory Ability to define sales

demand generation strategies in each of the target market segments Ability to prospect to generate leads in each of the market segments In-depth knowledge of driving the entire sales cycle, including: Ability to qualify a customer and opportunity Ability to assemble and leverage the pursuit team while maintaining control of the deal Presentation skills

customer solutions Ability to drive relationships with procurement/vendor management to negotiate terms pricing Ability to build and execute close plans Ability to forecast accurate numbers MUST have experience negotiated contract terms

conditions Must demonstrate experience selling complex, multi-pillar sales solutions/ph3Salary and Benefits/h3pUS: Hiring Range in USD from: $78,800 to $147,600 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 50/50. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation. 11 paid holidays Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
