As Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for growing music brands through strategic sales activity. Your day-to-day will include managing your sales pipeline, creatively researching and sourcing new prospects and opportunities, conducting demo meetings and processing new orders. You will sit directly with the Sales team, work in close collaboration with the Customer Success and Customer Support Teams and report to the Manager, Sales. Core functions: Strategize on building the sales pipeline. Research qualified prospects using a consultative sales approach. Engage with and develop new business prospects through cold outreach. Maintain a consistent level of prospecting and lead qualifying activity. Build, manage, and maintain sales pipeline and sales activities in CRM Create and nurture relationships with prospects and customers. Practice empathetic persistence in your approach to communicate with, educate, and listen to prospective customers. Manage scheduling and conferencing tools to communicate effectively. Support the sales team with administrative tasks that support and accelerate sales. Track company and individual performance and progress toward targets.
