Commercial Door Hardware Sales Rep Details: Direct Hire position $ 75,000.00 to $ 90,000.00 / annually Salaried Process orders for hollow metal doors, wood doors, and architectural hardware accurately and efficiently. Prepare bids and quotes by interpreting construction documents, specifications, and plans. Manage special orders for custom doors, frames, and hardware, including sourcing, order entry, and tracking delivery timelines. Provide strong customer service to general contractors, subcontractors, architects, and end users Coordinate production, shipping, and delivery of materials to ensure on-time and complete job-site arrivals. Work with the Service Department on field-related needs such as punch lists, replacements, and installations Collaborate with Technical Services to ensure correct hardware sets, fire-rating requirements, and ADA compliance. Commercial Door Hardware Sales Rep Qualifications: Ability to read and interpret construction documents, specifications, and architectural plans. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order entry and documentation. Effective communication and customer service skills. Ability to coordinate across multiple departments, including Production, Shipping, Service, and Technical Services. Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple orders and deadlines. Familiarity with commercial doors, frames, and architectural hardware (preferred but not required).
