Leasing Agent At Alemany Apartments
The Leasing Agent at Alemany Apartments (151 units) is responsible for leasing and administrative support. This position requires outstanding interpersonal and time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities: Field phone calls regarding vacancies Show apartments Process applications Assist in recertification files Assist in administrative tasks in office Provide customer service to residents Qualifications: Strong sales skills Proven ability to work with diverse individuals Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office programs, Yardi experience a plus Ability to prioritize duties, meet multiple deadlines and work as a team member Superior organizational skills, attention to detail and follow through Preferred: Background in residential housing Knowledge of CA Tenant /Landlord law & Fair Housing laws Bilingual Sense of humor Interest in real estate/property management and non-profit work Employee Benefits: Employee medical, dental, and vision coverage 403(b) retirement savings plan with employer match 14 paid holidays, plus two weeks of paid vacation per year Opportunity to work toward a great mission!
