About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Client and Community Impact to lead a strategic and mission-driven team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of robust data collection systems, ensuring the ethical and accurate gathering of data, and using insights to drive evidence-based innovation and change management. This role requires a leader with a strong background in data collection and analysis, experience in organizational change management, and exceptional communication skills for impact storytelling. The Vice President will also be tasked with building and leading a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement, and cultivating strategic partnerships to enhance the organization's impact measurement and innovation capabilities.

Candidates for the Vice President position at the company should have a Master's degree or higher in a relevant field and a minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in data-driven program evaluation, research, or impact measurement, preferably within a nonprofit, faith-based, or community service setting. The role demands a deep commitment to servant leadership, justice, and community flourishing, as well as a strategic thinker with a heart for service. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with CRM systems, data analysis and visualization tools, and impact reporting platforms, as well as certifications in data analytics, change management, or nonprofit leadership. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative and empathetic leader, passionate about mission-driven, faith-based work, and capable of managing cross-functional teams and external contractors.
