This role is essential for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for a variety of temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire positions with our clients across the region./ppResponsibilities:/ppFull-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from requisition creation to candidate placement, for a diverse range of roles (light industrial, administrative, professional, etc.)./ppBilingual Communication: Fluently conduct candidate interviews, communicate job details, and manage onboarding processes in both English and Spanish./ppSourcing and Outreach: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, utilizing job boards, social media, community networks, and referral programs./ppCandidate Screening: Evaluate candidate applications, resumes, and conduct thorough interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit./ppRelationship Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with candidates, temporary employees, and internal staff./ppCompliance and Administration: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with state and federal laws and maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)./ppWorking hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM/ppSkills:/ppPrevious staffing, HR, or customer service/ppGood eye for detail/ppEducation: High School/ppExperience: 1-4 years/ppQualifications:/ppFluency in English and Spanish is REQUIRED (written and verbal)./ppPrior experience (1+ year preferred) in recruiting, human resources, or a related sales/customer service field.
