This supervision includes recruiting, development, performance oversight and budgeting. This position /span span is responsible for /span span the execution of the company shrinkage reduction strategy within their store/building. The Asset Protection Manager /span span is responsible for /span span the safety and security of employees, theft prevention, enhancing company profitability, and alignment with company values and business strategy. The Asset Protection manager is expected to partner with cross functional store leaders to support the retail asset protection business. /span /span/p/divdivpb span KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: /span /b/p/divdivullispan span Lead by example and execute the organizational strategy set by the AP Division /span /span/lilispan span Develop strong relationships within the store, inclusive of Store Manager, Service Experience, Inventory Accuracy and Human Resources, being the leader in shrink impacting subjects. /span /span/lilispan span Act as Owner of building security and safety, educating the store on emergency preparedness topics and assisting /span span employees in safety incidents. /span /span/lilispan span Monitor and c /span span ommunicate all reports to ensure that AP incidents and cases are reported and documented properly. /span /span/lilispan span Results driven leader through leveraging data to identify /span span trends to mitigate internal and external theft /span /span/lilispan span Lead execution of company shrink program and directives, including shrink reduction plans and detecting issues of theft and dishonesty /span /span/lilispan span Strong People Leader, hiring and developing talent that has the competencies to support internal and external investigations, auditing, shortage reduction programs and AP awareness programs and system controls /span /span/lilispan span Be Data Driven leveraging reporting to identify /span span risks and mitigate issues that reduce loss and maximize span profitability /span /span /span/li/ul/div/divdivdivpb span QUALIFICATIONS: /span /b/pullispan span Proven success in investigative, asset protection, and security procedures as well as prior AP leadership experience /span /span/lilispan span A comprehensive understanding of Exception Based Reporting tools and Case Management Software /span /span/lilispan span Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with other employees and leaders /span /span/lilispan span Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with co-workers and customers /span /span/lilispan span Strong decision making and problem-solving skills when in high stress situations /span /span/lilispan span Strong written communication skills /span /span/lilispan span Strong organizational, delegation and follow-through skills /span /span/lilispan span Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment /span /span/lilispan span Computer proficiency, including use of monitoring and surveillance technologies /span /span/lilispan span High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative /span /span/lilispan span Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and store needs /span /span/li/ul/div/div/div/divpb Weve got you covered /b/ppOur employees are our most important asset and thats reflected in our span benefits.
