Base pay range $18.00/hr - $25.00/hr
Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high quality baked goods and excellent member service.
Plan and execute bakery production, ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs.
Use digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
Maintain and sanitize equipment, adhere to food safety standards, and manage inventory effectively.
Support seasonal events and special occasions by preparing for increased volume and assisting members with purchasing decisions.
Serve as a brand ambassador, modeling high quality service and products, and mentor associates to build a team‑oriented culture.
Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, applying the Open Door Policy as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Six months’ experience in a fresh production area.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Identify and complete all required training and assessments within a prescribed time period if hired.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in cake decorating.
