Head of Roofing Solutions (Sales Leader – Roofing Industry Vertical) Key Responsibilities: Build and execute a

go-to-market and sales plan

for the roofing industry vertical. Identify, develop, and manage strategic accounts including distributors, roofing companies, contractors, and OEMs. Represent VILPE as a trusted

technology and solutions partner , not just a product vendor. Gather customer insights and translate market feedback into actionable strategies. Collaborate closely with marketing, technical, and support teams to ensure success in customer adoption and retention. Ideal Candidate Profile: 8+ years of experience in

B2B sales or business development

in the

roofing, building materials, or construction technology

sectors. xsgimln Bachelor’s degree

in engineering or equivalent, MBA is a plus Experience working in an

international

and in a

multi-cultural

environment

is a plus Proven track record of

growing sales and building customer networks

from the ground up. Entrepreneurial mindset
