We are seeking an experienced
Superintendent
to lead on-site electrical teams, drive productivity, and ensure every project meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
What You’ll Do As a Superintendent, you will: Supervise and lead electrical crews on active job sites. Work hands-on in the field, ensuring high productivity and exceptional workmanship. Ensure all electrical installations comply with codes, safety regulations, and project specifications. Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation. Track project progress and implement strategies to improve field performance. Foster a positive, safety-focused work environment while coaching and developing team members. What You Bring At least
5 years of experience
in a supervisory or foreman-level electrical role. Deep knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and construction practices. Ability to read and interpret complex technical documents. Proven success managing field productivity and high-performing crews. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. OSHA 30
