The ideal candidate is a safety-driven leader with deep technical knowledge, proven management experience, and a passion for quality and efficiency in electrical construction./ppKey Responsibilities:/polliLead and enforce all safety protocols on-site, ensuring a culture of safety and accountability./liliOversee all aspects of electrical labor productivity, including task codes, budgeting, and quantity tracking./liliCollaborate with Project Executives and Project Managers to plan and forecast electrical labor requirements and project schedules./liliCoordinate and supervise field teams, including Assistant Superintendents and Foremen, to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery./liliReview and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, submittals, and specifications; identify prefab opportunities and ensure accuracy./liliProvide technical guidance and problem-solving for all electrical field issues./liliAttend contractor and coordination meetings, proactively communicating schedules, constraints, and progress./liliConduct daily job walks to monitor safety, quality, and production; document findings using Procore./liliBuild strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and field personnel through professional communication and leadership./liliMentor staff, evaluate performance, and recommend training to strengthen team capabilities./li/olpQualifications:/pulliMinimum 10 years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent./liliProven success managing electrical projects exceeding $15 million in value./liliLicensed Journeyman Electrician (or equivalent)./liliProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project./liliStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skills./li/ul/div
