Senior Electrical Superintendent

The successful candidate will lead a team of electricians and ensure that all electrical installations, maintenance, and repair work are carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with local codes and regulations. The role requires strong leadership, in-depth knowledge of electrical systems, and excellent project management skills./ppKey Responsibilities for Electrical Superintendent:/pulliSupervise and manage the daily operations of electrical crews on construction sites./liliEnsure all electrical work meets industry standards, local building codes, and safety regulations./liliCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects./liliCoordinate material orders, equipment deliveries, and manpower schedules./liliMonitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management./liliConduct inspections of electrical systems, identifying and resolving any issues./liliEnsure a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety meetings./liliTroubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide technical guidance to the team./liliMaintain documentation, including work reports, schedules, and project plans./liliMentor and train junior electricians and other crew members./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliMinimum of 7 years of experience in electrical construction, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role./liliJourneyman or Master Electrician License (preferred)./liliIn-depth knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, and electrical codes (NEC)./liliStrong leadership and team management skills./liliAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications./liliExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail./liliProficiency in project management software and tools./liliStrong communication skills, both written and verbal./liliValid drivers license and ability to travel to various job sites./li/ulpEducation:/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent (required)./liliAssociates or Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)./li/ul/div
