We are seeking a VP of Brand to operate as a Strategic Showrunner . This is not a standard marketing role; it is a high‑leverage position for a creative leader who is tired of the "Agency Model" (pitching decks that never ship) or the "Ad‑Tech Model" (optimizing CPAs for commodity products).

We are pivoting from a "Helpful Tech Company" to an Intelligence Engine . We have the Logic (The Logic Core) and the Tools (AI Systems). We need the Narrative Architect to transmute our technical truth into cultural gravity. You will not be managing ad spend; you will be engineering a Category‑Defining Brand that competes on meaning, not budget.

What You Will Build

You will not be approving social calendars. You will be architecting the external reality of the enterprise.

  • Global Brand Architecture: You will define and execute the transition from Demand.io to the Product.ai Enterprise . You will unify our three distinct surfaces—The Transaction Layer (SimplyCodes), The Intelligence Layer (Product.ai), and The Corporate Entity—into a cohesive "Intel Inside" Strategy .
  • The Narrative Engine: You will replace "Performance Marketing" with High‑Fidelity Narrative Campaigns . You will launch movements (e.g., "The War on Ad‑Tech") that generate organic press and user advocacy, rather than buying rented attention via Facebook/Google.
  • The Creative Supply Chain: You will lead the internal studio (Design, Video, Content Strategy), transforming it from a "Service Bureau" into a Cinema‑Quality Production House . You will enforce a "Studio‑Quality" standard on every pixel and sentence that leaves the building.
  • Strategic Communications: You will operate as the primary translator between the Engineering Core and the market. You will turn complex concepts like "Neuro‑Symbolic Validation" and "Unbiased Ranking Engines" into desirable consumer assets.
