Compensation: $48,000 - $52,000 / year
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the setup and breakdown of event venues, including seating arrangements, decorations, and audio/visual equipment.
Manage guest registration and ensure a seamless check-in process for all attendees.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Ensure that all event materials, such as programs and promotional items, are easily accessible to attendees.
Collaborate with event coordinators and other staff to ensure that the event flows smoothly and efficiently throughout the day.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in event planning or hospitality is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in handling cash transactions and basic computer skills for registration and check-in processes.
