Client Service Manager
Job Summary Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Service Manager to join a dynamic and collaborative team. This role is ideal for a professional with 5-10 years of experience who thrives in a relationship-driven environment and is passionate about client service. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and nurturing client relationships, supporting operational needs, and contributing to the growth of the business. This is not a sales position but rather a client-focused role that requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation Package
Competitive salary up to $150,000, commensurate with experience
Parking covered at our Buckhead office
Flexible work schedule after the first year, with the option to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency
Serve as a key point of contact for clients, gathering necessary information, completing applications, and addressing inquiries
Collaborate with producers and account executives to manage and support client accounts, including smaller and construction-related accounts
Provide mentorship and guidance to special services positions, fostering growth and development within the team
Work closely with brokers and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence
Take ownership of smaller accounts initially, with the opportunity to grow into managing larger accounts over time
Act as a support resource for senior account executives, helping to alleviate workload and ensure client satisfaction
Participate in a team-oriented, collaborative environment focused on achieving collective success
Qualifications/Requirements
5-10 years of relevant experience in client service, account management, or a related field
Real estate experience preferred but not required
Background in brokerage or a mix of brokerage and carrier experience is highly desirable
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work independently
Strong communication skills with a client-focused mindset and a commitment to constant communication
Proficiency in AMS360 is a plus but not mandatory
Ability to work in-office for the first year, with potential for a flexible schedule thereafter
Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization, with a long-term goal of advancing to an executive-level role
