About the Opportunity We’re looking for a Studio Buyer & Sales Specialist to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on delivering a client‑centric luxury experience,ලු procurement, ξε strong sales, and consistent service excellence. Work includes traditional retail operating hours, which may include weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Creating and upholding a best‑in‑class luxury experience for procuring goods from clients and assisting them with purchases, achieving sales goals, conversion expectations, circularity, and procurement KPIs.
Following through on all assigned targeted outreach data lists (BOPS, SF Scheduler, Online Geo‑targeted list) and building a personal repeat business of Fashionphile and Neiman Marcus Group clients.
Participating in and achieving Benchmarks and Brand education provided by Fashionphile.
Processing goods to HQ for authentication and online selling.
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma
Excellent customer service skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
Strong client outreach skills
Proficiency with online websites
Strong computer skills, including data entry, internet savvy, and quick learning of new programs
Luxury retail experience – nice to have
Sales experience – nice to have
