About the Opportunity:

As a key contributor to the showroom, you take full ownership of driving productivity and profitability through strong sales performance, a focus on circularity, and an exceptional client experience. In this role, you'll partner closely with the General Manager and Assistant Store Manager to analyze market trends and develop strategies that directly impact showroom success. You lead by examplesetting the tone for the team and the client experience. Your proactive feedback helps create a more efficient, high-performing, and service-driven environment that consistently exceeds Fashionphile's O.N.E. standards. Responsibilities Include:

Build strong and long lasting client relationships through exceptional customer experience and product knowledge. Is focused on closing sales with a high conversion rate. Achieves monthly sales goals, fulfills weekly outreach and clienteling goals (Followup on appts, BOPS, Save The Sale, Etc) Leading the sales team with consistent client retention best practices. This includes following up with new client acquisition and completing 1-10-30, utilizing salesforce to log client interactions, filling out client outreach spreadsheets for accountability, coaching client segmentation with each sales person and strategic planning with the general manager to increase sales through unimaginable client experiences and marketing events. Support flagship general manager and assistant manager in their absence as leader on duty, running day to day flagship floor operations, balancing appointments, lunch breaks, floor coverage, cash handling and opening and closing the business and managing escalated client needs in a professional manner. Support cross collaboration relationships with back of house operations teams to improve the sell and shop experience for all clients. Procurement, Inventory control and Authentication Other duties as assigned What We're Looking For:

College Degree preferred or equivalent experience Minimum of 3 years experience in, working in a fast paced retail or customer service environment. Excellent client service and communication skills Comfortable with flexible work schedule to meet the needs of the business Tech savvy with the ability to work with multiple tech devices, google drive and Apple products. Working with luxury handbags, accessories or fine jewelry and watches is preferred. Leadership experience a plus Bi-lingual preferred Salesforce and Google Workspace proficiency preferred Knowledge of Apple products preferred What We Offer:

Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM Pay Rate:

This position begins at $17.00/HR for all New Hires into FASHIONPHILE's retail Lehi location + UNCAPPED COMMISSION on all sales
