Senior Management Analyst Location:

Atlanta, GA (On-site at DHS FPS Regional Office)

US Federal Solutions is a leading management consulting firm, offering financial management, acquisition management, program management, and data analytic support services to federal and state governments. We are seeking a Senior Management Analyst to support the Federal Protective Service (FPS) within the Department of Homeland Security. This role supports the Risk Management Branch and plays a key part in strengthening law enforcement, physical security, and national countermeasures programs across the region.

This is a full‑time, on‑site position located at

180 Ted Turner Drive SW, Atlanta, GA .

What You’ll Do In this role, you will provide both analytical and hands‑on program support to FPS leadership and program managers. Your work will help ensure programs stay compliant, data‑driven, and aligned with operational and strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities include:

Track project milestones, suspense dates, funding allocations, and work breakdown structures using automated systems.

Develop and distribute recurring status reports and progress updates for leadership.

Collect, analyze, and transform data from multiple systems into standardized reporting formats.

Conduct independent research and analysis, producing analytical products with clear findings and recommendations.

Support implementation of program changes by applying existing directives, regulations, and guidance.

Manage and maintain SharePoint content for law enforcement, physical security, and countermeasure programs.

Prepare, package, and distribute completed Facility Security Assessments for management and stakeholders.

Monitor program mailboxes to ensure timely receipt and processing of required deliverables.

Maintain accountability and produce statistical reports related to Facility Security Assessments and Pre-Lease Surveys.

Assist in developing and improving Access databases and other tools to enhance program efficiency.

Support development of unfunded security countermeasure packages for submission to the FPS Acquisition Review Board.

Coordinate, file, and track security incident reports and prepare supporting statistical data for program review.

What We’re Looking For Education

Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) from an accredited institution.

Experience

At least

two (2) years

of experience in security, intelligence, or law enforcement‑related environments.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Ability to quickly learn new systems and applications.

Strong analytical and research skills.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to work independently while supporting multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Office Hours:

0800 to 1700 Monday through Friday
