Job Description The Regional Account Executive will primarily be responsible for closing orders and sales while managing all aspects of full-line sales representative accountability, which includes growing the master sales database, moving prospects through the key steps of the capital equipment sales cycle, and strategically managing their assigned territory. You will represent THINK Surgical® leadership technology in the orthopedic industry by promoting our product(s) to a highly sophisticated audience comprised of surgeons and various hospital administrators. \lot Products

Surgical Robotic Groundbreaking Technology

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Extensive sales experience in one of the following areas: Orthopedic Implant, Surgical Robotics, Imaging/Capital Equipment, Total joint Replacement.

Experience in building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospital administrators/C‑Suite through the hospital purchase cycle as part of managing a complex sale.

Excellent C‑Suite/Exec presentation skills.

Must be comfortable in operating room environments during invasive surgical procedures.

Established orthopedic industry relationships or hospital administrative relationships.

Outstanding verbal and communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational skills.

Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and applicable Quality System Standards.

Highly Preferred:

Proven track record closing hospital orders of capital equipment with individual costs of $100k+.

Experience in Orthopedics, specifically total joint replacement.

Comprehensive Orthopedic Industry knowledge.

Job Responsibilities

Increase sales by establishing clinical surgeon champions with existing prospects as well as new potential customers to obtain their support of this capital project and obtain their assistance as an internal coach to establish regional show sites and expand upon this success.

Close orders by communicating with current prospects and new customer prospects to sell our existing products by creatively communicating its unique features & benefits.

Provide surgeon and other clinical feedback on existing products to Sales & Marketing Management for future system modifications andiradae nde acquisitions.

Achieve assigned orders and sales objectives.

Always represent THINK Surgical in a positive, professional manner and thereby the company and our product(s).

Provide THINK Surgical® demonstrations on an as needed basis to potential surgeons, customers, and hospital personnel.

Attend various trade shows, seminars, від Чтобы promote THINK Surgical® products as the precision surgical instruments with 3D planning platform technology and open implant architecture.

Compensation Information

Base Salary:

120-150k based on experience

Target total comp:

$350k+ uncapped OTE, flexible based on experience

Location

Candidates can live in major cities in:

California, Arizona, kutani-cargo, Colorado, Utah, Texas

Must be willing to travel up to 50% in the Southwest region
