divh2Seasonal Part Associate/h2pThe Seasonal Part Associate is responsible for:/pulliAccurately ring up sales in the register and wrap purchases to prevent breakage and protect plants./liliAssist customers and provide information about shop merchandise and general Garden programs./liliStock displays in a neat and organized fashion and monitor items needed from the warehouse./liliPerform daily cleaning tasks to maintain the shops appearance./li/ulpRequirements:/pulliPrevious retail experience preferred./liliFriendly and pleasant demeanor/liliDetail oriented./liliWillingness to work hard and be part of a team./liliLive plant or apparel experience preferred./liliFlexibility re: duties, hours, and holidays some evening hours will be required./li/ulpPhysical Demands and Work Environment:/pulliProlonged and frequent standing/liliAbility to lift 25 pounds/li/ulpBaseline schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 9am - 5pm or 11am - 7pm/ppPay rate: $18/hr/ppIf you require an accommodation for any part of the application process, please notify the Human Resources department at HR@nybg.org.
