Our client is a leading renewable energy company seeking an experienced

Commissioning Supervisor

to oversee civil and mechanical aspects of solar plant construction. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with cutting-edge renewable energy technology while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance in solar construction projects. As the Owner's representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring EPC contractor adherence to all contractual commitments and project specifications throughout the construction lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

Act as Owner's representative overseeing civil and structural aspects of solar plant construction Ensure EPC contractor adherence to Safety, Quality, Schedule, and Performance expectations Review and analyze construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents Conduct daily field walks and observations with construction crews Perform comprehensive QA/QC inspections and walkdowns on construction activities Monitor and ensure SWPPP installation and maintenance per permit requirements Attend safety meetings, craft tailgates, and management meetings Track open action items and punchlist completion Complete QA/QC inspections in project management systems Coordinate with contractors, management, and third-party stakeholders Requirements

6-10 years of experience

in commissioning or construction supervision Minimum 4 years of industrial experience

in Civil and Structural construction Proven ability to comprehend and interpret construction drawings and prints Strong people management and leadership capabilities Excellent organization, scheduling, planning, and progress reporting skills Outstanding communication skills for contractor management and stakeholder coordination Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with data entry and project management system uploads Willingness to be on construction site for project duration What We Offer
