How You’ll Make an Impact
Ensure quality and on-time delivery of electrical designs.
Lead design reviews for special projects and provide technical guidance.
Monitor team performance and prepare efficiency and quality reports.
Foster collaboration across cross‑functional teams and resolve conflicts.
Drive initiatives to improve output and enhance design processes.
Support manufacturing operations and provide technical expertise.
Promote the use of ITM tools for process improvements and problem resolution.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
5+ years of relevant experience in electrical design and leadership.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience managing multicultural teams is a plus.
Knowledge of transformer design and failure resolution preferred.
Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, Creo, and programming (SQL, Power BI).
