OSI Engineering is hiring: User Researcher in Los Altos

A globally leading consumer device company headquartered in Cupertino, CA is looking for an experienced User Study Researcher to join their team!

Job Responsibilities:

Plan, execute and track large scale data collections and user studies for algorithm development

Track and report on progress, blockers and key deliverables to Data Operations Team

Collaborate with hardware, software, infrastructure and Operations teams on requirements for data collections

Create and maintain documentation for HW/SW platform setup and protocol for vendor training and deployment

Support Data Operations team with equipment set up and inventory tracking

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or similar

3+ years of industry experience in one or more of the following fields/roles: Operations (i.e. data, product, lab, R&D, etc.), Test/Quality/Support Engineering or Technical Program Management

Sound technical troubleshooting and triage methodology

Clear and concise written and verbal communication, and communicates with technical and non-technical individuals with ease

Type: Contract

Duration: 6 months with extension

Work Location: Sunnyvale, CA or San Diego, CA (100% on site)

Pay range: $ 47.00 - $ 62.00 (DOE)
