Tasks Working on performance strategies for clients Maintaining & analysing advertising channels like Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter Planning company’s & clients performance goals Creating, analysis & optimization on the campaign / ad set / ad level Running experiments in a scientific way (with observation, hypothesis, desired outcomes & actions) Working on the company's procedures to make our life easier Digging through data & ideas to find new opportunities to drop CPA Requirements You have at least 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing and you know advertising channels like Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest You have an efficient and result-oriented working style, strong analytical and critical thinking skills You have practical experience and facility with the technical aspects of setting up, troubleshooting and optimizing campaigns You have the motivation to learn new things and get used to an open, growing and agile team.
