Business & Real Estate Operations Coordinator

Role Overview

We are building multiple business and real estate initiatives and are seeking a highly organized, execution-focused Operations Coordinator to support back-office systems, documentation, scheduling, and internal workflows.

This role is critical to keeping leadership, sales, and growth teams operating efficiently and compliantly.

Ideal for candidates interested in learning about business operations, real estate, entrepreneurship, or management.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Administrative & Operations Support

Manage calendars, scheduling, and internal deadlines

Maintain organized digital files (Google Drive / CRM / project tools)

Prepare basic documents, trackers, and reports

Support onboarding and offboarding processes.

Business Team Support

Track leads, applications, and client records

Assist with CRM data integrity and follow-up workflows

Coordinate internal communications between teams

Support contracts, invoices, and documentation (non-legal)

Maintain property files and transaction checklists

Track listings, contracts, and key deadlines

Coordinate with agents, vendors, and service providers

Support investor updates and property reporting
