Job Title: Billing Specialist
Location: Indianapolis, IN (Fully In-Office)
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year

This is a hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days at home) where you'll play a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely billing operations for our clients. What You'll Do:
* Prepare, review, and process billing invoices with precision and efficiency
* Ensure compliance with client guidelines and firm policies
* Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
* Collaborate with staff to streamline billing processes
* Maintain accurate records and reporting for billing and collections
What We're Looking For:
* 2+ years of billing or accounting experience
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency with billing software and Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
