Job Description Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and process purchase orders for materials, equipment, and supplies.

Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues related to orders.

Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery details.

Assist in sourcing suppliers and evaluating vendor performance.

Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and ensuring timely replenishment.

Collaborate with other departments to identify purchasing needs and optimize procurement processes.

Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or Business related courses

1 year relevant experience is an advantage

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Detail-oriented and has very good interpersonal relations

Applicants must be willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan City.
