Job Description
Supervise and monitor supply chain operations including purchase order management, delivery schedules, and inventory accuracy. Collaborate with suppliers, merchandising, logistics, and warehouse teams to address stock availability, delivery delays, and replenishment issues. Review and analyze service level performance and create action plans for improvement. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory, goods receipt, and system data. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of stock reports, OOS (Out of Stock) reports, and expired item analyses. Coach and support Supply Chain Assistants in administrative processes and cross‑functional coordination. Recommend process improvements to reduce costs, optimize inventory, and enhance supply reliability. Maintain accurate and updated item master data in the Distribution Control System (DCS). Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, or a related field. At least
1-2 years of supervisory experience
in supply chain, logistics, or inventory operations. Strong leadership, analytical, and decision‑making skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience in using supply chain systems. Detail‑oriented with strong documentation and process management capabilities. Ability to handle pressure, multi‑task, and meet deadlines. Team player with a continuous improvement mindset. Willingness to be assigned at San Juan Greenhills office. Additional Skills
