We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Medical Representative
to promote and sell our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other medical staff to drive awareness and generate prescriptions for our product portfolio. Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff. Conduct product presentations and detailing sessions to explain product features, clinical benefits, and usage guidelines. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the medical and healthcare industry. Achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory. Monitor competitor activities and industry trends; provide market intelligence to management. Plan and execute territory coverage plans and daily call schedules. Attend industry conferences, medical meetings, and company-sponsored training events. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and submit regular reports on sales activities and performance.
