Manage the full life cycle recruiting process, including creating job postings and tracking candidates Exceed recruiting metrics for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring while maintaining compliance Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand business goals and team dynamics Develop and maintain a recruiting brand through creative advertising and sourcing initiatives Establish and implement a yearly recruiting action plan, including budgeting and compensation parameters What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field 1-3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience, preferably in sales/marketing Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, including MS Excel, and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Workday) Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across all organizational levels How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Agency/Search firm experience is preferred Sales/Marketing recruitment experience is a plus Demonstrated success in proactive recruiting, sourcing, and networking skills Ability to manage multiple recruitment plans in a fast-paced environment Strong presentation skills with a professional presence We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
