Develop and grow revenue through consultative selling with clients and prospects
Provide email and telephone-based presales technical support for software products
Perform production demonstrations that articulate the business and technical value of solutions
Collaborate with the regional sales team and educate clients on SOTI solutions
Communicate with internal product development teams to resolve product issues and generate recommendations
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mobile device management solutions and enterprise mobility
Prior experience in a technical customer-facing role, ideally as a pre-sales/sales engineer
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying complex technical programs
Knowledge of computer networking principles and security methodologies
Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and effectively prioritize workload
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Cisco Certified Network Associate or equivalent certification
Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) or equivalent experience
Understanding of Cloud Computing or certifications like AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate
Experience with customer service/incident management software
