Review and enhance existing content and assessments to ensure effectiveness
Stay updated on customer needs and product changes to maintain relevant training materials
What is Required (Qualifications):
3-5+ years of experience in learning design or instructional design, preferably in a software/SaaS environment
Knowledge of instructional design best practices and ability to create engaging content
Strong communication skills for conveying technical information to diverse audiences
Proficiency in content development tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, and Adobe Suite
Attention to detail and design aesthetics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with certification development
Knowledge of Spanish as a second language is a plus
