Base pay range $60,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Requirements
Experience: 3-5+ years of Mitigation Management
IICRC qualifications strongly encouraged – Fire, Water, Mold
Commercial/Residential construction experience
Background in reconstruction/mitigation
Highly‑motivated and proactive
Ability to demonstrate creative problem‑solving skills
Xactimate, DASH, MICA experience preferred
Education: High School Diploma – GED/Associates/Bachelor's degree preferred
