The Opportunity We are seeking talented, creative, and motivated Architectural Designers at the Intermediate and Senior levels to join our growing team.
In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers and Project Architects to define and develop design intent during Conceptual Design and Design Development phases across a variety of project types. This position is ideal for a designer who can translate ideas into compelling visual concepts—thinking ideas out of your head and onto paper—in a way that clearly communicates the client’s vision, programmatic needs, and brand identity.

Base pay range $85,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
5–7 years of professional experience, including strong hand-sketching skills
Proven experience in Conceptual Design, Design Development, and Floor Planning
Ability to clearly and confidently communicate design intent in a personable, client-facing manner
Preferred Experience
High proficiency in Autodesk Revit (required)
Experience with space planning for commercial and mixed-use environments
Ability to develop design concepts using both traditional and digital media
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
