This role is 100% in‑office at our HQ in NYC. We are looking for a key player in building and scaling our go‑to‑market motion for new agent acquisition. The Associate will join the team that designs the business infrastructure, programs, and insights that drive success in the agent recruiting process. This role reports to the Director of the Revenue Strategy and Operations team. Responsibilities
Operations Enablement & Tech Stack Mastery: Act as point of contact for our tech stack, providing systems support such as troubleshooting Salesforce errors and coaching Strategic Growth Managers (SGMs) on extracting actionable insights from PowerBI; coordinate service deployments, manage licensing, and liaise with technical teams. Growth Strategy & Planning: Support the team in defining national top‑line metrics, budgeting, and establishing individual targets for the sales team. Agent Referral Program Administration: Oversee the end‑to‑end flow of inbound referrals, manage payment cycles, and serve as the point person for issue resolution, policy inquiries, and escalations. Reporting & Analytics: Maintain data hygiene, audit and update dashboards, and build custom Salesforce reports to meet the needs of sales and cross‑functional teams. Process Optimization: Identify and address bottlenecks in sales workflows, designing automated solutions to reduce manual data entry and improve team efficiency. Cross‑Functional Liaison: Act as connective tissue between Growth, Finance, Product, Regional Operations, and other departments to synchronize quarterly targets and ensure alignment across the organization. Qualifications
B.A. or B.S. degree. 2+ years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Google Sheets and basic analytical skills: collect, clean, and analyze data. Strong project management and communication skills. Polished visual, written, and oral presentation skills. Self‑starter attitude with the ability to exercise judgment and solve difficult problems without direct supervision. Strong interpersonal skills and a glass‑half‑full mentality. Familiarity with PowerBI and Salesforce is a plus. Compensation
The salary range for this position is $35.00–$38.00 per hour; base pay may vary based on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met. Benefits
