Indirect Tax Specialist
Responsibilities
Review Accounts Payable invoices to ensure tax amounts are accurate.
Prepare and file sales and use tax returns across applicable jurisdictions.
Assist with managing customer and supplier exemption certificates.
Reconcile the Sales and Use Tax liability account on a monthly basis.
Support property tax processes, including invoice entry and payment coordination.
Train Accounts Payable staff on correct tax coding and related procedures.
Essential Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in indirect tax including sales tax, use tax, or property tax.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with SAP.
Experience with tax software.
Job Type & Location Permanent position based out of Lansdale, PA.
Pay and Benefits Pay range: $65,000 – $70,000 per year.
Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.
Workplace Type Fully onsite position in Lansdale, PA.
