Role Overview
Act as the interface between business stakeholders and technical teams. Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Avaloq implementations or enhancements. Facilitate workshops and provide subject matter expertise for successful project outcomes. Responsibilities
Lead requirement-gathering and analysis sessions with stakeholders. Translate business processes into functional specifications aligned with Avaloq capabilities. Support test planning, validation, and provide guidance during implementation. Requirements
3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in financial services or banking. Sound understanding of core banking processes (payments, securities, client lifecycle management, regulatory reporting). Experience with Avaloq parameterization or Avaloq projects is highly desirable. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
