We are seeking a dynamic and strategic
Head of Marketing & Creatives
to lead the brand vision and growth strategy for our modern Japanese restaurant. This role will oversee all aspects of marketing, branding, content creation, and campaign execution to drive customer engagement and elevate our presence across digital and physical platforms.
You will collaborate closely with the executive team and culinary leadership to tell compelling stories, promote new offerings, and create a cohesive brand experience that reflects our Japanese roots with a modern twist.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the overall marketing and creative strategy
Lead branding, design, content, and digital campaigns across platforms (social media, web, email, print, etc.)
Manage in-house and freelance creatives (designers, photographers, videographers)
Coordinate promotional campaigns, events, and seasonal marketing efforts
Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
Ensure consistency of brand identity and storytelling
2+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or creative direction role
Proven experience in the food, hospitality, or lifestyle industry (restaurant experience is a plus)
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, and branding
Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
Passion for Japanese cuisine and culture is highly preferred
