Essentials of Sales Development Program – Associate Territory Manager
Location: Cleveland/Columbus, Ohio (Remote within Ohio)
Responsibilities
Establish contact and coordinate activities with distributors, installation contractors, builders, architects, and specifiers.
Assist Regional/District Sales Manager and Territory Managers in meeting sales goals.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to promote CertainTeed products, systems, and programs.
Serve as a resource for sales, marketing, and manufacturing on product needs and development.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.
1–3 years of experience in a sales or consultative selling position.
Proven planning, organization, and time management skills.
Flexibility for travel or relocation.
Program Overview The 18‑month EOS Associate Territory Manager (ATM) program provides full‑time sales development experience, field exposure, and comprehensive training. Upon successful completion, participants may transition to Territory Manager or other roles within Saint‑Gobain, with the possibility of a completion bonus.
Compensation & Bonus Annual Base Salary: $60,000 – $90,000 (location and experience dependent). Target bonus: 10% of base salary. Total target cash range: $66,000 – $108,000.
