Join as part of our 18‑month sales development program focused on building relationships with distributors, contractors, builders, architects and specifiers in the Great Falls, Helena, or Butte, Montana areas. This remote program requires you to reside in those regions. The role supports the Regional/District Sales Manager and Territory Managers in meeting sales goals and expands knowledge of CertainTeed’s products and services.

Program Overview Participants receive full‑time field exposure, hands‑on learning, and networking opportunities with Exterior Product Sales (EPS) leaders. Regular training, travel, and trade‑show attendance are required for completion.

Responsibilities

Establish contacts and coordinate activities with distributors, installation contractors, builders, architects, and specifiers.

Assist Regional/District Sales Manager and Territory Managers in meeting sales goals.

Serve as a resource for product needs, development, and application information.

Travel within the sales region with other Territory Managers and attend distributor/contractor events and trade shows.

Participate in sales training and product knowledge development.

Manage customer requirements and maintain strong relationships that support company objectives.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree required.

1–3 years of sales or consultative selling experience.

Excellent planning, organization, and time‑management skills.

Willingness to travel and relocate as needed.

KEEP Compensation Base salary:

$57,100 to ಶಾಸಿಕಹ $85,600

per year; range may vary by region and individual performance. Eligible for an annual bonus at a target of

10%

of base salary. Total target cash Crane:

$62,810 to $94,160 .

After Program Completion Successful completion of the program leads to exploration of permanent Territory Manager or related roles within one of the 12 U.S. sales regions or other Saint‑Gobain opportunities. Candidates who cannot secure a new position may qualify for a completion bonus, subject to eligibility.
