Responsibilities
A Sales and Marketing Manager's objective is to propel the company's growth through a two-pronged approach. Firstly, the manager spearheads initiatives to increase sales. This involves crafting and implementing strategic sales plans, managing and motivating sales teams to achieve ambitious targets, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement. Secondly, the manager focuses on expanding brand awareness and market reach. This is achieved by conducting market research to understand customer needs, developing targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, staying abreast of industry trends, and fostering a strong brand identity. By bridging the gap between sales and marketing teams, the manager ensures their efforts are seamlessly aligned, ultimately driving the company towards revenue and market share success. Developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans. Managing and motivating sales and marketing teams to achieve goals. Conducting market research and analyzing data to identify trends and customer needs. Building and maintaining strong brand identity and awareness. Overseeing marketing campaigns across various channels. Setting and tracking sales quotas and budgets. Fostering collaboration between sales and marketing teams. Staying abreast of industry trends and competitor activities. Qualifications
College Graduate / College Level (Sales, Marketing, or any Business courses, preferred). At least 5 to 7 years of supervisory or administrative office experience. Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and time management skills. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer relation skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to handle customer queries and provide prompt assistance. Ability to make decisions and evaluations to determine the needs of the customers. Treat all employees and customers with dignity, respect, and courtesy
