Content Creation: Produce compelling copy, images, and videos for diverse platforms, ensuring brand consistency. Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and manage social media campaigns and paid advertising. Community Engagement: Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers and customers. Analytics & Reporting: Track key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions), analyze data, and report on performance. Trend Monitoring: Stay current with platform updates, new technologies, and social media trends. Collaboration: Work with design, content, and broader marketing teams. Core Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in social media management/marketing. Strong understanding of major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok). Excellent writing, editing, and visual content creation skills. Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform insights). Ability to interpret data and pivot strategies. Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising. Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
