Senior Video Producer and Editor
Base Pay Range
$70,100 – $110,000 per year

Responsibilities
Lead development of video concepts and campaigns aligned with company strategy and objectives.
Manage video projects end‑to‑end, including planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring timelines and stakeholder expectations are met.
Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to integrate video content into marketing initiatives, events, communications, and product launches.
Provide expert guidance, feedback, and creative direction to elevate video initiatives across the organization.
Identify and implement new creative approaches, visual trends, and production processes to improve quality and efficiency.
Oversee external vendors or agencies on larger or high‑profile video projects.
Essential Functions
Operate and manage camera, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high‑quality footage.
Edit video content to meet creative and technical standards, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Manage and deliver video projects from concept through final production.
Travel, including overnight stays, to engage in marketing events.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and outcomes.
Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently.
Maintain professional interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
Work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑stress environment.
Minimum Qualifications
Advanced proficiency in a professional NLE, with a primary focus on DaVinci Resolve.
Expertise across the video production lifecycle: concepting, storyboarding, filming, audio capture, editing, multi‑cam editing, and simple motion graphics.
Strong understanding of design and visual principles (color, hierarchy, balance, perspective, contrast).
Effective participation in stakeholder meetings.
Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines independently.
Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills, including technical troubleshooting through research and experimentation.
Ability to direct voice‑over artists, clients, and other stakeholders during production.
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of eight years of related experience in video production, editing, and content creation.
Minimum of two years of experience specifically in a producer, editor, or videographer role with end‑to‑end responsibility.
